Pura Vida Counseling & Wellness, a group private practice located in beautiful, Fredericksburg, Virginia.  

Our founder, Bruce A. Craig, LPC, is a graduate of the master’s in counseling program at Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Bruce found the accepting, encouraging, and overall compassionate environment at EMU to be highly inspiring in fostering useful personal change in his life and believes this type of environment is critical in enabling others to cultivate useful changes in themselves that will ultimately reduce the suffering inevitably experience in daily life. Pura Vida Counseling &Wellness's overall mission is to meet people where they are at and help them cultivate a healthy way of being to meet their personal goals for therapy.
