Pura Vida Counseling and Wellness, a group private practice located in beautiful, downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia, is hiring part-time and full-time therapists who are licensed in Virginia or pre-licensed residents.
Compensation is commensurate with licensure status and experience. Pay structure and hours are based on license status and experience. While Pura Vida provides a steady stream of referrals, therapists must be willing to market themselves to grow their client list, referral base, and build rapport and recognition in the local community. Hourly requirements are competitive with similar local practices.
